![]() If you have a specific scene you can share then we can so a small test between the systems' performance. ![]() It will only give you a relative idea if your system is performing properly. I'm not exactly sure why but take it as a single data pointīTW the issue with results in the benchmark is it is not the same scene. My results are slightly lower compared to the bench results in vray cpu(vray adv) is around 9100 and gpu (rtx) is 1600. And that 6gb vram will reach its limit fairly quickly that you'll be forced into just using vray adv. Iirc my 3070 maxq vs 5900hs performs mostly similarly. Overall, I have a doubt that a laptop 2060 can outperform a 4900hs. You can monitor your gpu usage in the vfb2 stats tab on the upper right where the lightmix and etc are. Your gpu has 6gb(?) it might be hitting its limit and it slows down considerable (AFAIK) once you hit that. ![]() You might also want to check your v-ram consumption. If it's way off check for throttling and other apps loading the gpu during the benchmark/ your render. If you do it means the gpu just isn't "good enough" for your specific workload. Bench yours using the benchmark app make sure it's the v5 and see if you land near that score. I just checked your cards performance here. You are on wall power right? There is a big diff on power availability if it's on battery. Hey, I have the '21 zephyrus with a 3070 I'll run a test tomorrow.
